How to turn on iPhone flash for video

You cannot use iPhone camera flash in Pano and Time-Lapse modes.

How to Enable Camera Flash on iPhones Without Face ID
If you have a model with a Home button, like an iPhone 6S, iPhone 8, or iPhone SE, open the Camera application, press the flash icon and choose At. Follow these same steps to activate the flash for Video or Slo-Mo modes.
On iPhone 6S and later, this also allows the screen to flash when you turn on the front camera to take selfies.
